Call dispatch and ask for the driver’s direct cell number. Many CCTL drivers will accept a quick text or call if you’re polite.

As a last resort, file a trace with the shipper or consignee. Sometimes the load already delivered but the status wasn’t updated. The receiver can confirm with a timestamp and name. The bottom line CCTL tracking is not best-in-class, but it’s usable if you approach it correctly. The automated tools (email and phone) cover the basics. For full visibility, you must proactively ask for GPS links or track brokered loads directly.
