This list is independent of the Phone app’s block list. To fully unblock someone, you need to remove them from locations. Blocking spam callers is a relief—until you accidentally block your dentist or can’t figure out why your colleague’s texts aren’t coming through. If you own a Samsung Galaxy device, finding your blocked list isn’t as obvious as it is on stock Android. Samsung hides this list inside the Phone app , not the system settings.
