It started on a sleepy Tuesday afternoon. Lexi had color-coded their latest project down to the minute: research by 2:00 PM, drafting by 3:30 PM, editing by 5:00 PM. She laid out highlighters, sticky notes, and a neatly labeled folder titled “Phase One.”
