Here’s a short story inspired by the title Madras Rockers 2019 . The year was 2019. Chennai, or Madras as the old-timers and punk hearts still called it, was drowning in humidity and the relentless hum of auto-rickshaws. But in a dim, sweat-stained garage behind a T.
