Prologue: The Umbrella Legacy

Wesker reveals his plan to unleash Erebus worldwide, aiming to bring about a new era of human evolution through brutal natural selection. Chris, alongside a few trusted allies, including a mysterious new agent named Maya, who seems to have her own agenda, must navigate through waves of bioengineered creatures and prevent global catastrophe.

As Chris delves deeper, he encounters a new, highly potent bioterrorism agent, code-named "Erebus," capable of manipulating the host's genetic code to create unprecedented forms of zombies and monstrous creatures. The trail leads him to an abandoned facility, where he learns that the mastermind behind Retribution DDL is none other than a revived Albert Wesker, who has been secretly manipulating events from behind the scenes.
