The beads had not erased his sin. Allah’s mercy had, and the man’s forgiveness. But the beads had done something else — they had carved a path back to himself. And that, he realized, was the real kaffarah
“That is not why I am here,” Yusuf replied. He lifted his hand, palm open. “I cursed you. That was wrong. I have come to ask your forgiveness.” Alhamdulillah (All praise be to Allah)
